When I go to customise my website it seems to be fine but when I view it or search it up online it does not work at all and I’m wondering if it has to do with the domain as it says SSL pending. How can I fix this ?
Did you assign a domain very recently to your store? This should be resolved soon, if you did, but it does take a bit of time. If it has been days I would verify your DNS records, and reassign.
Cheers.

Hi, @FM619 .
Just adding to this thread and reiterating that typically, up to 48 hours will need to be given for domain propagation and SSL certificates to provision. If you’re still seeing the SSL pending message on your end, this tells us that the SSL on your domain isn’t ready to be active yet. Pending SSLs should, however, naturally transition to provisioned once the domain is pointing to the correct records.
If you’re still seeing the SSL Pending message on your domain settings after the 48-hour period, you can get in touch with our live support team so that we can investigate your domain in more detail from our end. If need be, we can also attempt to manually provision the domain certificate from our end.
In saying all of this, I just navigated to your website and was able to load it fine on my end:
Can you let me know if you’re now able to access it on your end too?
