Why is my domain still showing 'SSL pending' after 48 hours?

Hi everyone,

I have linked my own personal domain to my store more than 48 hours ago now and it still shows “SSL pending”.

I have done the appropriate DNS changes with OVH too.

It will be best if you get in contact with Shopify support directly and they can assist you with this, though these things do just take time unfortunately.

To contact support you will need to follow this link: https://help.shopify.com/en/questions and you will be able to log a support ticket with Shopify themselves regarding your SSL issue, but remember, SSL may take a few days to generate, so if you have recently connected your domain, it will be best to wait a few days before logging a support query, as these things do take time.
