Why is my domain transfer to Shopify still processing after 20 days?

I would like to have an update about the domain transfer I started more than 20 days ago.

My domain was previously hosted by AWS. I released it successfully and I noticed the very same day that the registrar changed to TUCOWS, INC. (Shopify’s partner).

However, the store’s admin page still indicates “Processing”. I did approve the ICANN verification though.

Why is it taking so long?

Transferring a third-party domain to Shopify is expected to take up to 20 days. Since it’s been longer than that, we’ll need to take a closer look to find out why it is still processing.
