Why is my domain unavailable and how can I reactivate it?

Hello everyone,

I missed the email from Shopify domain team to verify my domain, and due to this my domain has become unavailable. I purchased this domain for 1 year and i already paid for it.

Please guide me on this, how can i make my domain active again, My whole work has been stopped due to this problem.

I also received an email from Shopify in that they were saying that " Your domain has been unlock "

When it comes to renewing domains on accounts, you will need to contact our support directly through Shopify’s Help Center.

The reason for this is that we cannot access your account to dig into this with you through the community forums, as we will need to verify you first through chat or email.
