I can see this is your first post here, you are very welcome to the Shopify Community.
It looks like you have noticed the SSL cert on your store domain is still pending, even after 72 hours. I totally understand why you would want to resolve this.
Would it be possible to explain some more about how you have added this domain to your store? Is this a third party domain that you have recently connected? If so, who is your domain provider?
I checked out the cn.soundcore.com domain from my side and it appears that it has been set up correctly - the CNAME and A-Records all look OK. Is it possible that there might be manually assigned certificates on the domain, that are clashing with the ones Shopify is trying to provision?
We would usually suggest waiting approximately 48 hours after adding a domain to a store for the SSL certs to provision, however in your case you have explained that it has now been over 72 hours in this pending state. With that in mind, I would recommend reaching out to our support team using this link here where we can access your account and take a closer look. We can take a deeper dive into the domain setup and attempt to manually provision the certificates. Here on the Shopify Community we do not have account access, so I can only use the information provided to me here for troubleshooting.
I can see that your store is not yet live, as the password page is still up. Besides this SSL cert issue, how is the store setup going? I’d love to know what kind of products you will be selling.
