In most cases, the cause for this issue is a customized theme code or an app that may interfere with your theme.
The best way to establish if it’s theme related problem is to install a new version of your theme or another theme and then see if it happens to it too. If the new theme doesn’t have this issue, your current theme will need a revision.
As you are using a paid third-party theme, feel free to contact the theme developer to see if they can troubleshoot this further for you. Also, you can post a job on the Shopify Experts Page and see what feedback and quotes you get.
