Why is my e-commerce store suddenly unavailable?

Hello,

I have decided to start my e-commerce business with Shopify, during my 14 days free trial when I was trying to explore the platform features and to build an test store, suddenly before I pick a plan and start building my real store I lost access to my testing store as I’m receiving “store name” is currently unavailable, after that I checked my email and I found that Shopify sent me a notice that they’re closing my store because of “you are in violation of Section 4.4 Shopify terms and services”.

I’ve only made one (real not in test mode) payment from my own card to test the users experience in checkout and payment just 2 days before I get this notice, I don’t know if this is the mistake I’ve done or if it’s the reason for the suspension.

Any help here to avoid such mistakes in the future?

What else can be the reasons?

I’ve sent E-mail to support team but still no response.

Thank you.
