Why is my eCommerce account inactive and how can I reactivate it?

Have you gone through all of the steps I shared? It sounds like you may be stuck on the step where you need to search for your issue. Once you log in to your account you are brought to a page to search for your issue. After searching you should see the option to Get support and the page after that will list the support options. I’ve included the steps below with some screenshots to help.

Steps to request support:

  1. Log in to your account if possible. This will be important if you prefer the callback option, as it will only be presented if you’re logged in. If you can’t log in, you can still continue to email or live chat by selecting the Continue without logging in option.
  2. Type in keywords for your issue in the search field and click Search.
  3. You will then notice common questions and help guides related to your issue. Under that you will see the option to Get support. Click Continue.
  4. Then you’ll see the options to chat with us, email us, or request a callback.

If you are getting to that page where you can request a call, chat, or email, but still can’t get past it, please let me know! If you see any error messages or can share examples of what is happening when you try to request support that will be helpful as well. I definitely want to make sure you’re able to get in contact with us this way.
