Problem to load my shopify page. Can someone help me?

I’ve just visited your website and was able to load it ok on my end, as seen on the screenshot below.
Have you tried to access your store on an incognito mode or private browser window? When using an incognito mode, if you’re still experiencing the same issues, you can check if you’ve disabled your browser extensions, as these can also impact on your browser performance. You can also ensure that the web browser you’re using is up to date on the latest version. If the issues still persist, you can also try to access your store from another device altogether, just so that we can rule out any device, browser, or caching issues.
If you’re able to successfully access your store using one of the methods above, chances are you’d need to clear your browser’s cookies and cache on your usual device or browser. However if all of those still don’t work, you can try another internet connection, for example by switching to a cellular network on a phone rather than using wifi.
Thank you for your answer. I will try these solutions. I haven’t
experienced these problem myself, but some of my customers have, while they
didn’t have any issues loading other pages. This is why I got worried.
Have you recently updated your store or added a plug? Maybe that’s the problem

Ah I see, in that case you can share the troubleshooting steps I shared in my first reply with your customer too. If you aren’t experiencing it on your end, chances are it may be a localised browser issue on their end. So getting them to try the different steps I mentioned will help narrow down where the issues lie.
i can see the website opening and loading fine. may be the URL you have entered in the screenshot is not correct
