I have cleared my dues having zero credit balance currently but my shopify website named as www.merakibagsandco.com is constantly unavailable. I can access my account on the shopify application but I can not and not even my customers can access the website. Please solve this issue at the earliest as I have waited for a long span to resolve on its own.

can you please check website like https://{Shop}.myshopify.com URL?
@Abasit when running ping against your domain from Terminal it is going to an IP that does not seem connected with Shopify.
This points to your domain DNS not being set up correctly with Shopify. Advise you go to domains in your Shopify account and follow the instructions to connect your domain
