You can optimize the images on your website, minimizing the use of third-party apps, and reducing the number of HTTP requests to improve the page loading speed.
Also, try to minimize JS and CSS files if you have added any.
#1 your using a kitchen sink theme from an third party marketplace getting what you pay for.
#2 Your loading to much stuff on your frontpage, remove EVERYTHING not critical to a new visitors experience don’t insist on trying to cram in every little thing.
