Why is my entire ecommerce page suddenly blank?

I had built my entire page with Shopify. Yesterday, we were going to activate the page and the entries template is blank. We have no idea what happened? I make my payment every month to upkeep

my Shopify page. There was a lot

of time and effort placed on our page. We needed to link por merchant service and the page is completely blank? What happened to our page? Can you address this concern?

  1. are you using any page builder?
  2. have made any change in your active theme?
    2.1-> did you change your theme file config/folder under settings… JSON?
