Help ! My tax id I provided and business name are EXACTLY as it is on my documents. I’ve tried to reach out via email to Shopify and received an email saying they no longer reply back to emails and to find the answers I need under the help section . Every time I enter my info exactly like it is on my documents , it says it can’t be verified because my information doesn’t match. I can’t even launch my store after paying for a theme store because of this issue . This is so frustrating and absolutely no way to contact Shopify!
