Why is my Facebook and Instagram app dashboard blank on Shopify?

Hello everyone,

I’ve recently encountered an issue with my Shopify store that I’m hoping to get some help with. After installing the Facebook & Instagram app on my Shopify dashboard, I’m greeted with a white screen where the app’s configuration options and account linking settings should be displayed.

I have the same issue. Just installed Facebook/Instagram app on a fresh account and can’t complete setup. Running on Firefox.

Started working for me on Chrome, may just be browser/extension related.

Yes. It works on Chrome, but not on Firefox, which is the browser I use.

FF is also the browser I prefer to use. I just downloaded Chrome, set up FB/IG, then deleted it. Once it was set up it loaded fine on FF v122.0.1
