Hello, new to shopify here.
I added Facebook and Instagram in the social media linking but I’m getting an error saying facebook is blocked same with instagram any ideas?

Currently, password protection is active on your website so I am unable to access your store. If you were to either remove the password or share a temporary password, I’d be more than happy to take a closer look at your social media directly. In the meantime, I will share a common reason for blocked links.
It’s possible you are running into issues due to a minor formatting issue; this can happen if you haven’t entered the account including the https:// section of the link, like so:
Without the https://, the Shopify system assumes that it’s an internal link leading to a page on your own website. If you make sure that part of the link is included, it’ll take your customers to those external social media channels - it should look like so:
Once you’ve made that change, your customers will be able to visit your social media channels as intended! If this does not resolve the issue, please attach a screenshot of the error you receive when you click on your Facebook or Instagram link.

I have the same exact problem, updated the links to include https:// and that didn’t work for me. I really need help to fix this.

By the way, your website looks really great! I noticed that you don’t have a favicon. If you’re not familiar with this, the favicon is the little logo that appears beside your store name on the browser tab. Having a favicon is really beneficial for your brand as it helps users recognize and identify your website easily, and it also presents a cohesive brand identity.
