I have connected my Shopify store to Facebook and Instagram. In both the Facebook and Shopify admin. tool it says the shop is connected, visible, and active. However, when I go to Instagram and Facebook pages as a visitor it is not visible. any ideas?
Many thanks. I managed to contact Facebook and it appears the view shop button is no longer visible in the UK. You can only tag posts/reels that link to the shop.
