When I am trying to go into Facebook pixel from Shopify, it keeps on saying it can’t be loaded right now. When I press reload the page, it makes me enter my domain. When I do it is telling me invalid shop domain. I’ve been trying to do this for the longest, does anyone know the solution to this problem?

Basically whenever I go to Preferences which is on online store and go to Facebook Pixal and click set up Facebook, it gives me a error code.
Does this same error occur when you use a different browser or device? First, I suggest logging into your Shopify account via incognito mode and attempting to connect to the Facebook Pixel.

I tried to use Safari and I tried to use incognito mode and it still gave me the same error message.
