My facebook pixel is not working on my store, also it says that my pixel is connected with 3 other websites, not sure why this is as I only wont this connected to the one I have
any help would be really appreciated

Have you finished setting up the Facebook sales channel on your store? The sales channel will allow you to connect to both Facebook and Instagram and also integrate your pixel into your store.
If you do have the sales channel setup, can you confirm that the pixel ID from the Facebook channel is the same as the one you are trying to see on your live website?
