I am in the process now for almost 2 weeks trying to get our shopify store approved for use on facebook and instagram, I already tried updating products descriptions and title information; Everything shows as good to go but the shop remains unapproved. We need to understand why so we can address as soon as possible since its crucial for my client’s business. Thanks
Same thing here waiting for over 4 weeks for Facebook to approve a shop integration. Products were synced but the store in FB is not approved. Anyone can share some light on whats can be done?
