Hello, I am an experienced seller on Facebook Marketplace and I typically convert between 200-300 orders on my personal Facebook Marketplace account each month. I was hopeful that maybe I could double these numbers by always opening a Facebook Shop for the same products I sell personally.
I have all of my products on my Shopify store successfully synced to my Facebook Shop. However the Insights tab on my Commerce manager for the Facebook Shop typically looks like “2 views per the last 30 days.” I know my products are high quality, competitively priced, and have a long history of frequent sale conversion. SO, what is keeping my Facebook Shop from getting views?? My Facebook page isn’t huge, but has about 300 likes/follows. I would just think that I would be getting at least more than 2 views a month.
Side note: There are no issues with the data feed sync. I am using the SocialHead - SocialShop app to sync my products and everything seems to have synced wonderfully.
Anyone who has experience with running a successful Facebook Shop I would love to talk in more detail!
