And fb does not respond..

In situations like this, we don’t particularly have any more context on why your account isn’t eligible, as it’s handled entirely by Facebook. There are a few requirements for the Facebook sales channel which is generally the cause for this ineligibility. You can see the list of requirements in the screenshot below:
