Hey, I am trying to do this now, however it doesn’t come up with an option to actually deactivate my account? Just change the name/email? Do you know if it’s maybe moved?

same with mine… doesn’t give me the option to deactivate. have you gotten any help?

My solution was that I’d accidentally created 2 different commerce accounts. I had to deactivate the old commerce account. hope this helps.

Same issue here. FB told us to deactivate our shop and start over.
