Hey @malik901 !

Thanks for getting in touch!

I understand how important it is to have everything in order on your store, so I would be more than happy to offer you some guidance today.

Thanks for the screenshot showing the issue with your Facebook shop. All products sold on Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp must comply with Facebook’s Commerce Policies. As Facebook is a third party platform, they are the ones who decide on your shop’s eligibility here and not Shopify, so we have no say in how this is determined.

That being said, you can check over some of my points below in case you’re missing anything:

  • Have you confirmed with Facebook the reason for the rejection? I’d probably start there. Review the banner from Facebook to understand the specific reason why your store was rejected. Common issues include selling prohibited items, using misleading product information, and not providing a clear refund and return policy. Refer to the eligibility requirements here at this link.

  • If you are not complying with the requirements and something is amiss then please work to fix those issues, for example, remove the prohibited products or update required information where needed.

  • Once you’ve fixed the issue, go to your Commerce Account Settings in Facebook and request a review. Facebook will review your store again and let you know if it has been approved. You can also click on this link here to log in and request a review.

I trust that helps, let me know if you have any other questions. I did notice you are new here, how are you finding the platform so far?
