My Facebook shop has been in the review process for about 40 days. Please help!!!

I understand that your shop has been in review for a few days and I can definitely see how that could be frustrating. Have you had a chance to review the Meta Shop Requirements to ensure that your store complies with them?
Once you review the requirements and are confident that your store is eligible, you can reach out directly to Meta for an update on your status:
- Navigate to Meta Business Manager and log into your Business Manager account.
- Once logged into your account, select Commerce, then on the following page, click on the Help button at the bottom left corner of the page.
- A drawer will open on the right side, click Contact Support and it will guide you to fill out a contact form.
- Facebook will display contact options such as chat or email to contact them.
