I don’t know why my favicon isn’t showing up on my homepage. The second image shows another page and correctly shows the favicon. Why is that happening?
Theme is original and URL is: https://rescue-haus.com/

I guess this is your browser’s cache because, as I have checked, your favicon appears on the homepage on my end.
