the most scary thing for shopify is, they dun even have a live chat for this urgent matters.
i cant as they dun have live chat for me
@Zworthkey provided the best answer for this. Any issues related to your store will need to be handled by Shopify Support directly as only they will have access to your account.
You can contact support by logging into your store through the help center (https://bit.ly/3cJkx8V), searching for your question/issue, then selecting “continue” at the bottom of the page that displays the search results.
Note: It’s important that you manually type your question issue, then scroll down to the bottom of the page that displays your search results. Do not click the help articles provided.

i tried all method to contact them
they dun have live chat
when i choose live chat
the store shows inactive and
ultimately no live chat.
do i make myself clear?
this is my first store,
maybe you guys are big business owners or rich
but i m not.
anyways i finally know the bureaucracy from this company and now i wont say anything ok?
if its not because i m small merchant not nike or those big brands, i think i will got more better treatment instead of being said spam and actually not even a moderator look at what their community member is asking for urgent help but blame the victim.
