Why is my first payment on Shopify not processing?

I got this messag when i try my first payment with shopify payment:

There was an issue processing your payment. Try again or use a different payment method.

please can someone help on this

Thank you for sharing your question with our network. Based on your question, I’m not entirely sure if the payment you are trying to process is for your Shopify subscription, or in the checkout of your own online store.

If the failure you are experiencing is for your subscription then make sure to try using a different card. If the issue continues, also rule out local errors by using a private or incognito window and a high speed internet connection or data.

If it is in fact on your store, then open the payment events by heading to Orders > Abandoned Checkout > view the transaction failure details in the timeline. Without disclosing any personal details, share the results of that back with me here so I can better guide with next steps.
