Can someone from shopify please help me out ? We had a first payment made on the 18th of August and its still pending. Not much point in setting up the site if we can’t get paid ! Please help someone

Can you elaborate on what payment processor processed the payment? Generally this can happen when an order is processed through PayPal but the PayPal account hasn’t been fully set up yet.
If the order was processed through PayPal, make sure to sign in to PayPal using the email address you used to create your Shopify store. You will then need to complete the account set up for business to release the payment. This can include verifying your identity and address.
I hope that helps! If not kindly check the order timeline and provide the gateway used to process the payment.
Hi there Skye. The payment was made on the 18th of august. It should have been paid on the 29th. I have not uploaded any i.d so im thinking this is the problem? How can i d this now please ? Thanks for your time.

Please visit our Help Center and log in to your account to create a support request through live chat or email. Once you have logged in to your account, type your request in ‘Ask about a topic’, scroll down to ‘Get Support’, and then click ‘Continue.’
