My first payout finally came 5 days later. I don’t recall the phone number now, but I did find a support phone number that was leagues better than the live support chat. Something else that I tested was disabling Shop pay as an accepted payment method because it looked like they were having issues with something in my account, I’d say I’m about 70% certain that’s what wound up fixing it as I started receiving notifications about my payout the next morning after disabling it.
