Hello,
I set up my free shipping to be $100 and up, but when I check out on my site it says “You are only $378.00 CAD away from Free Domestic Shipping!” (I added a $21 item to my cart). I haven’t set my free shipping to be $399 anywhere on my site that I know of. Has any one else had this issue and know how to fix it? Thank you
Hey, @Elizabeth5555 ! Thanks for reaching out about this. It sounds to me like there is a third party app responsible for the free shipping message you are seeing on your store. Generally, apps used for the purpose of ‘upselling’ will allow you to display this sort of prompt. Do you recall if you installed an app for this type of purpose?
You can find your apps in your admin by clicking on Apps on the left hand side of your dashboard. Once you find it, you should be able to disable or edit the free shipping notification from within the app. (Please contact the app developer directly if you need a hand with this). Alternatively, if you aren’t using any other functionalities of the app and prefer to remove it completely, the steps for uninstalling it are found in this Help Doc.

Thank you for your response. I deleted all my apps and I was still getting the same message. So then I looked through all my theme’s settings and I was able to find a new setting that must have been added with my last update that was causing this message. So glad to have found the issue! Thank you very much for your help

Yes, you go in to customize your theme. Then on the left scroll down to your “Theme Settings”. Then go to “Cart”. Then on the left scroll down to the bottom and uncheck the box “Show free shipping countdown”

I also saw this at check out but i actually like this except that it says,
You are only €106.00 away from Free Domestic Shipping!
(Excludes International)
My only problem is, that i want to remove the excludes international as that is the part that is not true, i have free shipping all over the world from orders of 150 euro and above, Please help
