I’ve opened www.pizzoven.com then i’ve uploaded products to the GMC as any normal user but suddenly they suspended my account within a day. I tried many things, several checklists or so on but I could not achieve the solution. Dear google still says the same reasons from day one. These reasons are:
Provide transparency about your business identity, business model, policies and how your customers can interact with you
Promote your online reputation by showing reviews or highlighting any badges or seals of approval
Use a professional design for your online store that includes an SSL certificate help_outline
Provide information in the business information settings in your Merchant Center help_outline
Follow SEO guidelines, improve your eligibility for seller ratings and match your product data in your Merchant Center with your online store
Whenever I mailed google or used the help section to reach out them and get the real reasons behind the suspension, I couldn’t manage that. I’ve spent a lot of money and also great amount of time for solving this problem but I couldn’t. I’m sick of this issue, would you the people who could achieve solving this problem help me for saying something like you did this wrong or so on, please?
For example, everything looks discounted, Google does not allow this. You can only claim a discount if an item was sold at its original price in recent history. Otherwise this is considered misleading.
Checking the whole website is a big task, so I can only do a quick scan, which means these are just a few examples. Make sure to check the policies I provided in the previous reply.
The business address seems to be associated with a different business. Google generaly accepts 1 address = 1 business / website
For example missing availability status on the product landing page (in stock / out of stock)
Hello, Kindly check our site for Misrepresentation, we got accepted without any issue for a long time, but then we got Misrepresentation, we tried everything even from your checklist without any result till now.
What we have changed recently is the payment getaway from Shopify payments to Paytr getaways and we put all this in the payment policy and icon of the provider with acceptable cards at the end of the site page.

Honesty is a big part of getting approved, for example you say you have +2700 satisfied customers with reviews below, assuming you are indicating you have 2.7k reviews, but your website is only 164 days old. So it’s a bit unbelievable you have so many reviews already.
And as such you are misrepresenting yourself, causing Google to not accept your business.
Google has to combat a lot of bad actors, and having false, misleading messaging, or info are reasons for suspensions.
This is of course just an example, I recommend checking the policies I shared earlier to find more issues.
