I’ve implemented GA4 about 8 months ago and it all seemed to work until dec 2021. I’ve been using UA since, but I feel that I need to fix asap because GA4 is the future of Google analytics. I have a picture of the dashboard so you’ll get a hint of what I’m talking about. What could be the problem?

Currently, Shopify still supports Universal Analytics. I recommend sticking with UA under Online Store > Preferences for now, as entering GA4 information there will typically result in an error message.
As soon as we have information to share on how to use GA4 with Shopify, we will update our help document on Setting up Google Analytics. You may wish to keep an eye on the Shopify Changelog as well.
