Why is my hamburger menu not working and how can I fix it?

I have Googled the issue but my console shows a JS error and I’m not sure how to fix it and if that’s the cause of the hamburger menu not working.

We have checked for this issue in real system and browserstack but it is working ok. In which system configuration or browser you are checking?
