Why is my header banner not visible on mobile view?

Hi Everyone,

I have a simple ‘Free Shipping’ banner in the header of my site that shows on ALL pages on desktop. However, the header does not show on mobile and it contains very important information for my store. Can someone point me in the right direction to get the colored banner with the ‘FREE SHIPPING ON ALL PRODUCTS SITEWIDE!’ to show up on all pages on mobile? I really appreciate it.

Hi @rootjin ,

Thanks for the suggestion. One question: should I still try this even if the banner is a part of the current theme? We are not currently using any banner plugins. I appreciate it!

Hi @rootjin

Unfortunately, that is not an option. We are just finishing out building this site. We’ll just hide the banner from the header on the desktop site and find a banner plugin. Thanks for the help.
