Why is my high ticket order failing at checkout in India?

I have had multiple high ticket orders come in from india but have failed at checkout, only for me to get a notification "

Product can’t ship

Update your settings to include the location this product ships from. Learn more about location assignment."

I am not sure why this is happening as i have india as a market on my shipping setting. Someone please help, $5k has already been lost today!

I understand that you are having issues with your shipping settings. This could occur for several reasons. My first suggestion would be to ensure that the customer entered a valid address. They can double check this by using the address that Google displays when it is searched on there.

I know that you mentioned that you have India as a market, but you will want to check out our Shipping Profile guide to ensure that your shipping rates are set up correctly for every product. If you are still having issues, you will also want to make sure that you have inventory stocked to this location. We have a detailed guide that goes over this here.
