I keep getting a message that my name on shopify doesn’t match my name on facebook. I used my maiden name on facebook when I set it up eons ago. Now I have this shopify account where I have to use my legal name. I uploaded my drivers license for ID but it was rejected. I took at least a 1/2 dozen photos of my ID and now it won’t even let me upload. Says it has to be at least a certain size. I have resized and done everything I know how to do. apparently I need help!

I appreciate the context that you have shared with us as that is very helpful. When you are being asked to upload your ID, are you seeing this on your Shopify admin? Or, when you are attempting to connect your Facebook Business account to your Shopify store?
