Hey @Jai3 .
Thanks for reaching out.
Just to gather some additional context, could you let us know which theme you are using? As this information will allow us to assist you better in this situation.
If you are unsure about which theme is live on your store, you can navigate to the Theme Editor and select the three dots appearing towards the top left of the page. I took a screenshot from my test store to show you the section I am referring to:
Looking forward to your response.

Hello @Jai3 ,
Good day! Gina from flareAI app helping Shopify merchants get $6Million+ in sales from Google Search, on autopilot.
If your images appear to fit perfectly on your Shopify website but are not fully visible on phone views, it might be due to the responsive design settings of your theme. Here are a few steps you can take to address this issue.
Go to your Shopify dashboard and look for the options related to how your website looks on mobile devices. Make sure those settings are set correctly to make the images fit properly on phones.
Make sure your images are set up to change their size depending on the screen width. This helps them fit better on different phones. You can try using different image sizes or cropping options to make them look good on mobile devices.
-If you have recently added any custom CSS to your Shopify theme, it is possible that it is conflicting with the default CSS and causing the image to not be visible in the mobile view. You can try disabling your custom CSS to see if that resolves the issue.
Look at your website on different phones to see if the problem happens on all of them or just some. This will help you figure out if it’s a problem with your website or with certain types of phones.
Make sure that your images are saved in the correct format. Shopify supports JPEG, PNG, and GIF images.
If the problem continues, you might want to ask someone who knows about websites and coding to help you. They can use special code to make the images look better on phones.
If nothing else works, you might want to think about using a different design for your website that automatically adjusts to different devices. You can find these designs in the Shopify App Store.
Remember to test any changes you make on different phones to make sure the images look good on all of them. If you’re still having trouble, you can contact Shopify’s support team or ask someone who knows about Shopify for help.
I hope this information proves useful.
