I am trying to do a blog and insert a link to a web page but the insert/edit link button is greyed out. Can anyone help?

Is this something that has worked for you in the past and has ceased to function currently, or would this not have worked at any point on your current setup?

Mine is doing this too Any I don’t know how to fix.
it’s worked before in blogs but now creating a page it won’t let me.
Mine is also doing this. I was able to use the link button in my product page before. But now it is greyed out there as well. It is greyed out on pages and blogs as well. I have tried on my phone, my iPad, and a laptop and it’s all the same. Here’s a link to my store:
I tried to attach 2 photos to this, but it will not let me. Says it won’t support PNG or JPEG. I even tried to convert them to MP4 because it said it will support that, but that one just gets stuck trying to upload. So, no photos, sorry.
