Our live support can be reached via our support portal here. You need to select the topics that apply to you, and then choose live support once the option appears to you, you will then be connected to a live support agent who will have access to your account, and can help you out from there.
It is important to select the topics - if you skip this step, you will become “stuck in a loop”. I trust this helps!

Im fully aware of how to do the chat scenerio, like stated it doesnt work. neither is my shops
MAybe it would be best to address the issue its not working rather than trying to teach granny to suck eggs. for some reason yourt chat doesnt allow image files either so you also need ot moveinto the 21st century!!
I need somebody to make contact as your chat keeps opening up then says “an unexpected error occurred” in teh chat box. Over 30 attempts and still the same. there is no contact phone number which as far as i knew is a leagal requirement here in the UK so i cant make any contact to sort thisissue
