Hello,
the last couple months my live view and online visitors aren’t counting. I’ll have 5 orders and it it’ll say 0 visitors. Also it always says “0 visitors right now” even though I know that people are online at my shop at that moment. How can I fix it?

I’m sorry to hear that you’ve been experiencing ongoing issues with your Live View. We don’t have any ongoing incidents that would be impacting your store’s ability to report this data, so this could be something that is store specific, or local to your devices.
First thing for us to try is some local troubleshooting steps. Can you try clearing your browsers cache and cookies, and then see if you can see your visit to your store while in your live view? Consider using a different device to visit your site to see if the information is reported.
If you find that this doesn’t seem to do the trick for you, then please take some time to reach out to Live Support for some help. Our Live Team will be able to authenticate you, and dive deeper into your store to see if they can determine if there is something out of the ordinary going on. You can use this link to reach them.
When did you first notice that this was happening with your store? If possible, do you mind sharing a link with your shop for us here, just so we may be able to coordinate here and test in real time if you can see when someone may be on your site?
