Hi I recently purchased the expanse theme & I am having trouble with my main menu, None of my menu options are taking me anywhere when clicked on it, even though I have linked each menu to their respective collections page.
I have watched multiple tutorials, but I seem to find no fault, everything has been done properly, but still these menus aren’t getting connected to the appropriate collections. I have been trying to solve this on my own for the past two weeks, but I haven’t been able to. Kindly help please.
only checked all products and I seem to have added each product to the respective collection, Kindly check attached images. I’m facing problem with the main menus only, But at the same time when I scroll down further and there are “popular categories” below the hero slides. When I click on these categories ( kitchen/ cats +dogs) I’m able to find products inside these. But I’m unable to find the same products when I click on one of the main menu.
I’m able to find the products when i click on the categories (as in 1st image attached below) in the home page, But I’m unable to find the products (it says zero products ) when I click on the main menu (2nd image attached below)
@Thirumangai - you main menu is adding tag queries to the URL hence not able to fine products, you need to add this URL to your main menu item cats + dogs and it will work fine
@Thirumangai - you will have option to add collection without any tag or you should have an option like custom link, you can use any one of it to link menu item to page.
