Why is my mega menu not functioning correctly?

My mega menu stopped working in the desktop all i can do is direct click for the certain category but i don’t see any drop menu displaying and in the mobile version i only see the tabs i cant touch nor open any menu, i have tried everything yet didn’t resolve it can you help me fix the issue, my theme is https://pictonix-gen.myshopify.com/ and please check my website www.dauniqlook.com

I saw the URL you have posted www.dauniqlook.com after checking the code of your website and the theme URL you given, there is no mega menu code exist in your theme. So I think it is the backend issue or your have not activate mega menu from customization. Please check customization if there is option for mega menu then enable it if not then let me know. I’ll help you.

Hi Aashish, thanks for the response, it was worked fine till yesterday but all of a sudden it’s started showing like this, I even checked the few options in customization in theme as well yet couldn’t resolve any.
