hello all, i hope someone can shine some light on our issue.

google have suspended our account, we had some issues with photos ect which we believed to have sorted. Requested a manual review with no luck.

our account was then placed on a cool down period. I contacted google and the tech team said they cant see anything that could be an issue due to the cool down period.

The cool down period ended on the 6th but after going through and through and having changed nothing im worried about getting put on a cool down period again so im hoping that something can possibly shine some light on whats wrong.
