Hello, I’m having issues with my messenger app in general as there seem to be disconnects in what my customers see and what is perceived to be available to them. In my Shopify Admin, scroll down to the Messenger App, click on it, and see the attached below. It seems to be disconnected or something. Any ideas folks?
