In the Past week or two I have gotten about 5000 visits but my conversion rate is very bad, it is around 0.1%. My main audience is on mobile so my website is pretty mobile focused. Before any one says that the demographic I’m targeting is wrong, I have tried many different ones and different countries with the same result. Please help. Is it my product?
After reviewing your website, there are some improvements that could be made to make the purchase process easier for customers (CTA buttons, quick add, quick view modals etc) also there are a few other issues (main banner is not clickable, despite what appears to be a “Shop Now” button. Reviews could be made more prominent on the page. Add contact link to main navigation menu.) but overall the store looks pretty good.
The main issue is probably related to your ad setup. Setting up successful ad campaigns is a difficult skill to master, most small business owners are not capable of doing it on their own. It is best to have a professional set up your ads to make sure you are driving quality traffic to the website.
You need to target the people who are most likely to buy items related to your product niche. It’s also important to make sure the content you use in ads is high-quality and comes off as professional. (Check out the ads run by your competitors to see how yours compare)
I think your products and store could do well nothing wrong there, it is just a matter of nailing down the right design (for the best possible UX) and target audience. I think a well made Tiktok ad could result in some sales for your brand.
