I was alerted to an unclickable footer menu yesterday. I’ve dabbled around in the liquid to no avail. Could anyone offer a piece of code and its location for the solution of this issue?

I can see when you modified liquid or html for the footer menu in mobile version. You forgot to put link to your text.
so you have to do like below for your text.
HELP DESK
In place of above # you have to provide the url where you need to link HELP DESK text.

I viewed your store from mobile view and was also not able to click on the footer menu. When viewing your store from desktop view the footer menu is clickable, so let’s look into why this is happening for mobile view and how to get support for this.
Usually when theme issues arise it’s usually caused by an app, or by theme code changes. Have you installed or uninstalled any new apps recently? Or, have you made any recent changes to your theme code prior to the alternations you tried to fix this current issue?
If you think an app could be causing the issue, I recommend reaching out to the app developer for a solution. If you think it could be theme code causing the issue then there’s a couple of things you can do depending on the theme you are using:
Shopify free theme
If you’re using a Shopify free theme you’re able to get in touch with Shopify Support for help with this. While we’re not able to provide account-specific support via the Shopify Community at this time, we’d be happy to continue assisting you through live chat, email, or callback via the Shopify Help Center. This video clip shows you how to access the chat and email option. If you would prefer to speak with someone over the phone, please log in to your store when prompted to view the callback option. For the fastest support, I recommend selecting the chat option.
Third-party theme
If you’re using a third-party theme purchased from the Shopify Theme Store, or elsewhere, then you can get help with this by contacting the Developer of the theme. Learn more on how to get help for your theme through this help page here.
Other ways to get support for this is to hire a Shopify Expert or wait for further responses from the Shopify Community.
I love your store by the way! I especially love the logo and your branding colors - fun without being too loud! From a customer perspective, the site is easy to navigate. I especially love how it’s easy to find the reviews and social media pages before committing to buy. The only thing I would suggest is to add a photo of yourself (or team) to the About Us page. When a visitor wants to learn more about you or your business, the About page is the page they’ll look for, and by adding a photo they can form instant trust with who they’re buying from!
