Using the Express theme. On mobile, the header bar is too wide.
The rest of the page (built on PageFly) and footer are fine.

I have checked your store there is a one section which is having some layout issue so the scroll is appearing on responsive. It is time consuming work.
You need to check the layout properly or may be there is an issue of liquid code.
If you having coding knowledge then you can do by yourself.
