I have a login area for wholesale customers and have noticed that when they log in on mobile and open the hamburger menu it just shows a blank white box instead of the menu drop down - maybe its there but I can’t see it. Can anyone help me please? It works fine on desktop just not a phone or iPad. My URL is https://www.thepaperpeople.co.nz/

We have checked for this issue in real system and browserstack but it is working ok. In which system configuration or browser you are checking?

Thank you for your help. I am in crome. I have reverted back to an older version of my site while I try and fix the problem. The menu is working but not if you sign in as a customer. To do this on mobile you need to try and access the wholesale options under the main menu WHOLESALE which then gives you an option to login to access the wholesale site. It works fine on desktop which is odd. I am tagging customers with ‘wholesale’ to allow them to log in to this area.
