I have an issue in my shopify store. When i go in my facebook ad and click in the link button with a mobile device, it’s leading me to the product page like it should but after 1 - 2 seconds, the page is hidden by a second layer that only shows the product pictures and description and we can’t do anything to get out of it. Im thinking that it only happens with my phone because i have an iphone 7 and it has a lot of bugs, but can someone check for me please. I also noticed that it was only hapenning with safari, and safari is the default navigator for a lot of customers, and if they open my ad and get the same bug, i can’t sell anything.
If anyone wants to help me, open the facebook ad in your phone with safari, click the call to action button, then tell me if something weird is happenning in my store, and then redo the same with chrome.
