We recently had a rework of our theme to upgrade it to 2.0, and its great! But we’ve encountered an issue on mobile to do with the tabs below our product (video attached).
The main issue is, it doesn’t happen all the time, so whenever i try and diagnose it, i can’t, but i’ve seen it happen, and i’ve been sent videos of it happening. The tab’s basically open when clicked, but don’t always push the tab below down, they overlap making the content unreadable.
Any help or diagnosis is greatly appreciated, as it doesn’t look good if people want ot read our tech sheets but cant due to it being hidden by the tab above.
Unfortunately, I cannot help you with this issue specifically but which software do you use for your product description tags? Perhaps it makes sense to contact their customer support directly to understand why it has such an error on mobile devices?

We don’t use any app for it, it’s built into the theme directly, and i’ve spoken to the dev who helped with the theme rebuild and he has no idea why and can’t get it to replicate for himself.
The issue seems to fix itself if someone refreshes the page once it’s happened but not sure why it’s happening in the first place
